Our client is looking for a candidate from top B school with proven experience in B2B sales &amp; Account management alongwith strong execution or strategy experience. You will be actively involved in developing and driving a robust operation excellence strategy and framework by leading and executing projects for KAM strategy deployment, new initiatives, annual and long term plans. You will be driving Retention, Up-sales, Cross Sales &amp; Collection. Location : Mumbai Your Future Employer : A leading Ed tech firm that delivers excellent curriculum via a simple technology based delivery model You will be responsible for : - Developing Key Account excellence and belief in the company's vision and strategy for delivering shareholder value. - Working with business leaders and team to ensure that build Key Account effectiveness and efficiency within the team. - Building and driving a robust operation excellence strategy and framework by leading and executing projects for KAM strategy deployment, new initiatives, annual and long term plans - Driving Retention, Up-sales, Cross Sales &amp; Collection. - Creating &amp; managing a strong reputation by demonstrating consistent and clear communication between internal and external parties - Providing insights on market activity and presenting them to the leadership team - Analyzing and presenting account strategy, competitor behavior, shareholder issues, and anything else that could impact the business The Successful Candidate : - BE/ MBA from Tier 1 institute with hands on experience in e in pan-India B2B sales &amp; Account Management - execution or strategy - 7+ years total, 3+ years in building B2B sales and account management strategy.
