Manager Legal Major responsibilities : - New Outlet Agreements (Including Franchisee) - To draft review and finalize the agreement with least deviation from the standard draft of the company - Coordinate with the BD and any other concerned person involved in the process like landlord/franchisee/legal department of developer etc. Negotiation : - Negotiation with the landlord/Franchisee and the other Parties involved with the agreement and Coordination with concerned Person. Documents/Due Diligence (for new outlet, renewal, relocations for Company's Owned Outlet) : - Correspondence, Legal Notices, Notices , Amendments, addendums etc. and settlement deeds in case of termination/relocation etc. - Vetting and review of the document : to ensure all the requisite documents have been procured and proper comments have been shared with required parties involved - Correspondence with the Franchisee/Landlord or any other correspondence ,legal notices, reply of notices etc. Amendment/ supplementary agreements. - IPR, Copy Right, Trade mark, Design etc. - To coordinate with the IP counsel for registration/renew of any mark. In house search of a proposed mark. Desired skills : - Should have experience of Licensing & Compliance Contract Management Arbitration Legal Metrology and FSSAI Civil & Criminal Litigation Labour Matters. - Working or worked with the Hospitality / FMCG/ Retail
