Ketto - Brand Manager (6-10 yrs)
Key responsibilities:
- Custodian of brand Ketto, who owns & leads the positioning & identity for the brand and ensures the same is institutionalized across the organization, and reinforced through various consumer touch points
- Develop overall brand architecture across sub-brands
- Develop PR strategies and campaigns; organize PR events and be Ketto's spokesperson.
- Formulate & lead all product marketing & brand campaigns, across all owned & paid platforms
- Measure and report performance through relevant KPI's at a campaign & creative level, and ensure tweaks to course correct, if needed
- Work closely with intra-marketing functions especially the content & creative teams, to ensure adherence to brand visual guidelines and tonality across media collaterals
- Guide the content team and graphic design team in creating promotional material and publications(brochures, social media posts, videos, blogs)
- Assessing & analyzing periodically the brand health & equity metrics, while mapped at a competition / category level
- Conduct & garner consumer insights through conducting primary research studies, & collating from internal secondary sources such as Voice of Customer, and ensure organization wide dissemination, followed up by building processes to implement the same
- Manage and lead agency & vendor relations across creative, research, activations, print production etc, to ensure campaign execution as per brief
Who you are:
- 6-10 years of relevant brand marketing and corporate communications experience, preferably in a consumer-tech, digital first brand
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills, with highly developed interpersonal skills
- Great team handling and leadership skills
- Should be able to handle multiple stakeholders ( both internal and external)
- Flexible and open to working in a dynamic work environment
- Managing multiple tasks simultaneously within restricted time frames and proven ability to oversee marketing and advertising activities
- Should have experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing & brand campaigns, to meet strategic goals
