Ketsaal Retails LLP - Process Head - Brokerage

Main Roles/KRAs:

1. Formulation and implementation of brokerage polices and processes in conjunction with the CEO and prepare drafts business strategy, business plan, budgets and financial forecasts for the brokerage operations team.

2. Should be able to run the entire process independently and accountable for increasing the sales and revenue.

3. Lead the team of Sales/BD, Relationship Management, Risk Management, Accounts, Traders- etc

4. Responsible for the training and supporting the Sales team in the acquisition of new clients and drive business through the current clients.

5. Should have good experience of Customer handling and assist the Relationship management team for the same.

6. Responsible for overall smooth operations of the trading process.

7. Should be able to develop robust and customised MIS system to know about the investment, revenue, benefits and loss or profitability of the trading division.

8. Good knowledge and experience related to Demat Account, Trading Account, Intraday Account...etc

9. Good knowledge and experience related to Equity, Currency and Commodity, Future & Option Trading.

10. Responsible for all the brokerage compliances, information security & fraud detection activities, other risks and ultimately, the profitability of the business.

Experience: 6 to 10 years of experience in Securities Broking Firm/ Stock Trading Firm.

Qualification:- MBA-Finance/CFA/M.Com/CA/Diploma in Finance and Accounting- etc, Additional Diploma/Certificates in Capital Market will be an added advantage.
