JOB Description:

The person will be responsible for the part of central team that directly manages the operations and maintains the desired level of service usually has direct access to senior management in terms of day to day reporting.

The role includes the following tasks:

- Communicating with upper management to develop strategic operations goals.

- Developing and executing the plans to achieve objectives 

- Monitoring operational performance at various levels and ensuring to achieve the desired bench mark.

- Daily analysis and monitoring of the MIS.

- Should have good communication skill - email and verbal.

- Should be able to drive the performance through ground operation team on day to day basis.

- Should be able to work in stress during the peak time and ready to take challenging task assigned.

- Should have ability to perform in sort span of time.

- Should be able to handle various matrices and its performance.

- Candidate must have good skill set to communicate with our customer on timely basis with satisfy all there requirement to be full filled on timely basis.

- Can be able to draw the Result in sort span of time.

- Should be able to Report for day to day activity from our HO - Chandivalli Mumbai
