KERN-LIEBERS - Head/Senior Manager - Sales (15-25 yrs)
- Responsible for strengthening existing customer base & establish new customer for business growth. Responsible to achieve the sales targets of the Division.
- Explore new business opportunities in existing market / new potential markets.
- Conduct market survey, product segmentation, existing product penetration into other markets, identify potential customers, interaction for generation of RFQs (Request For Quotes) from identified opportunities viz., customers.
- Extend support for onsite business development activities.
- Coordination & Implementation of business & sales targets (collaterals).
- Interact with customers and having techno-commercial discussions.
- Studying of POs (Purchase Orders), cross-checking technical & commercial details in PO in relation to techno-commercial proposal. Propose amendments approvals depending on request/ situation.
- Payment collection; Follow up for C-forms, ARE-3 Forms from a customer or GST related gaps closure.
- Customer Care and Service - Handling customer complaints/ concerns including customer satisfaction.
- Strong networking between inter-department resources; Follow-Ups with focus on execution of tasks on time.
- Responsible for active interaction with customers with the focus on the overview of Customer Specific Requirements(CSR) and Implementation/ execution of CSR with management approvals.
- Any other assignment as instructed by reporting supervisor.
Age: Minimum 35yrs
Experience: Minimum 12 yrs in Sales and Business Development of Automotive Components.
Proficient in oral & written communication.
Computer Skill - Proficient in MS Office [Word, Excel, PowerPoint], Outlook Email System, Internet etc.
Industrial background: "Medium OR Large Size / Manufacturing Industry. Preferably Sales and Marketing who can handle automotive customers, Process, Quality, Customer Focus Driven Unit. CANDIDATE FROM AUTOMOTIVE OR AUTOMOTIVE ANCILLARY SECTOR PREFERRED.
