VP of Marketing

- Kenyt is looking for Digital Marketing Manager with experience in creating marketing strategies for business and product teams, such as Digital, Advertising, Communications, Social Media, Creative and Content Marketing.

- Our ideal candidate has experience managing website, social media campaigns, SEO/SEM, content marketing etc.

- He/She will be comfortable driving day-to-day marketing activities, as well as long-term strategy, thriving with tight deadlines and changing needs.

Objectives :

- Manage marketing managers, email marketing, marketing research teams

- Communicate brand value, positioning, company expertise

- Identify target audiences, segment and drive campaigns

- Develop marketing plans across different channels and segments

- Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis

- Plan website design, Marketing collaterals, social media posts

- Generate leads by driving relevant traffic and engaging on website

- Partner with email, performance marketing and web teams to design, test and evolve lead nurturing tactics.

Responsibilities :

- Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy.

- Manage all digital marketing channels and social media accounts.

- Plan and Manage performance marketing campaigns on Google & Facebook Ads platform.

- Work on Blogs, video content for product tutorials, technical tutorials.

- Generating & Optimizing Web content.

- Must have hands-on experience google Analytics, Search console & google webmaster tools

- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI, ROAS and KPIs)

- Monthly report of all social accounts, website traffic, google search etc.

- Coordinate with design and content team to make engaging campaigns

- Developing, managing and designing layouts of communications such as presentations, newsletters, brochures etc.

- Managing digital agency relationships, day-to-day production, campaign budgets and schedules.

- Owning and maintaining site analytics, metrics, and campaign reporting. In-depth knowledge of SEO and AdWords programs.

- End to end ownership of email, SMS & WhatsApp marketing strategy

- Create and manage SEM Campaigns to drive traffic through branded, competitor, industry and relevant keywords

- Funneled approach to planning campaigns and ad creation to meet end goals ; TOF, MOF, BOF

- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and set up events and user tracking etc.

Requirements :

College : Reputed engineering colleges

Experience : 2 to 8 years relevant experience

Skills :

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns

- Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy

- Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills

- Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity

- Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools

- Proven experience designing interactive applications and networking platforms

- Experience in Google Adwords, Facebook & Instagram Ads, SEM & YouTube video campaigns

- Hands-on experience with using Analytics tools
