- Over the years Kent has diversified from water purifiers to other health care products like Air Purifiers, Vegetable Purifier, Water Softener and Vacuum Cleaners.
- Besides the above, Kent is now advancing aggressively into the Home Appliances space with its range of Kent Smart Chef Appliances. We are looking for flag bearers for this expansion drive.
Reporting to: Appliances Sales Head
Team: Should be able to lead a team of 20+ Sales field executives.
Education: Full-time MBA graduates from a premier institute will be a plus
Salary: Best in the industry
Experience: 8+ Years (min 4+ years in a reputed home appliance company)
The Ideal Candidate:
- A dynamic go-getter from Home Appliances industry
- Good experience in Channel Sales, General Trade, Distribution Network Management
- Should have core experience in either Direct Sales or Channel Sales.
- Should have strong Sales orientation with a Potential to meet targets and clock numbers.
- Should be able to Onboard reputed channel partners from his own network or known network in the Appliances Industry
- Should be able to lead the team with a clear-cut business development vision to achieve the desired business goals.
