Are you a solution-driven professional passionate about industrial automation and customer engagement? Kemar Automation is looking for a dynamic Business Analyst & Presales Consultant to drive solution sales, bridge technical gaps, and be the voice of innovation for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Interact with customers to understand business needs and technical requirements.

- Design and deliver techno-commercial proposals with clear ROI and solution mapping.

- Lead technical discussions and solution presentations to demonstrate capabilities.

- Work closely with sales to support pre-bid documentation, RFPs, and presentations.

- Act as a bridge between the customer, application engineers, and project teams.

- Collaborate with product and project teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project alignment.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, or relevant field (MBA/PGDM is a plus).

- 35 years of experience in Presales, Business Analytics, or Solution Consulting.

- Strong exposure to industrial automation, IoT, RFID, or smart factory technologies.

- Excellent communication, documentation, and coordination skills.

- Customer-first attitude and solution-focused mindset.
