Role : Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis - Preparation of annual business plans for each of the categories(Breakfast cereals & Snacks) and reporting to AMEA region - Anchor the quarterly forecasting for India Business and alignment with functional business partner. - Evaluation of business case - Anchor the financial plan for Kellogg India for AOP and 3-5 year Strategic plan - Anchor Monthly financial review and all regional / management financial reporting - Interface with Sales, Marketing on the volume reporting & S&OP process - Brand & Sales Channel Profit and Loss Account- tracking Profitability for each of the brands & sales channel - Evaluating actual monthly performance vs latest forecast. Explaining the variance and highlighting financial performance. - Single point of contact for all Regional reporting Required : - Chartered Accountant / MBA Finance with at least 5 years relevant experience in US GAAP. - Good communication skills required to be able to interact effectively with Leadership team and cross functional teams - Good collaborative skills - Analytical skills/ ability to slice and dice data for further insights
