Chief of Staff - In this role, you will work closely with the founders in building the business strategy and growth plans. Work with the teams to align them to the organization's goals/objectives. - Work with Founder/CEO on special projects around people, process, and GTM. Keep abreast of industry changes, geopolitical developments, market/competition intelligence, and customer preferences. - This role requires a highly resourceful, self-driven individual who can partner, execute, and lead through influence. What you'll do : - Own the CEO's agenda - ensuring maximum impact in internal and external engagements. - Own and organize Quarterly Planning sessions. - Support board meetings, MIS, and fundraising preparations and manage investor relations. - Drive the Leadership team towards transparent, efficient, and accountable decision-making. - Be a thought partner to leadership on the organization's vision, priorities, and challenges. - Own and lead the preparation and follow-up for all customer and executive reviews and customer briefings. - Help drive data-driven presentations for the Leadership team in internal and external engagements. - Assess inquiries directed to the CEO, determine the proper course of action, and delegate to the appropriate individual to manage - Act as an adviser to the CEO and senior management team - Participate in regular meetings with the Director of HR to discuss potential staffing issues - Drive cross-functional Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) at the Leadership level with exceptional project management and ownership. - Ensure all staff issues are adequately addressed, efficiently, and judiciously, and keep track of progress until resolved - Drive strategic initiatives and discrete projects on behalf of our CEO and the executive team. Who you are : - 4+ years of experience as a Chief of Staff/Head of CEO's Office or in top-tier management consulting firm or Leadership role in P&L/Strategy/Operations roles in startups, VC. - B. Tech/MBA from premier institutes - Bold thinker, applying outside-in thought leadership to reimagine ways of performing work. - Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to extract insights from data. - With an entrepreneurial approach with sharp business acumen & you're a self-starter who loves to own things end-to-end. - A proven ability to solve ambiguous problems by applying frameworks to get to the first principles, aligning resources on the goal, executing, learning, and adapting. - You are tech-savvy, keeping up to date with news about the industry, events, thought leadership in the space, bringing speakers to the company, etc. - You have extensive program management skills and the ability to lead and facilitate strategic initiatives in a cross-functional environment. - Excellent communication skills (written and oral) with the ability to communicate across cultural and experience levels, internal & external.
