Vice President Treasury

- To raise debt from Banks, Financial Institutions and capital markets from time to time as per the Business plan

- Build brand and credibility with Banks, FIs and capital markets by maintaining 100% transparency

- Coordinate with the Rating agencies and ensure that ratings are done for various instruments

- Keep a check of Asset and Liability maturity period and maintain health ALM

- Identify lenders, submit proposals, share data timely, negotiate on terms and keep raising funds

- Seek Board approval and complete documentation with the help of Secretarial team

- Understand business, competition, macro- economic factors that affect fund raise from time to time

- Keep updating lender compliance tracker and ensure 100% compliance of terms agreed

- Prepare monthly cashflows, coordinate with Business Team and Ensures flow of funds to the Treasury department

- Ensure that NIM, ROA and ROE are intact as projected.

Qualification :

- CA / MBA Finance from reputed Institute.

- Technical Expertise, Attention to Details, Proficiency in Excel; Team Management, Process Orientation and good communication skills.

- At least 5 years post qualification, understanding of financial statements;

- Experience in BFSI is preferred.
