- Qualified Company Secretary with a minimum of two years. - Experience in financial services is preferred. - Good command in English is essential. - Responsible for all compliances including ROC and RBI - Conduct Board and General Body Meetings from time to time, prepare minutes and circulate them to the Board of Directors and Shareholders - Maintain statutory registers and records - Update mortgages info on CERSAI - Create charge with ROC for all the Borrowings from Banks and FIs. - Undertake corporate actions such as equity raise - Make the Company IPO ready in a year;
