Keemaya Developers - Assistant Manager/Manager - Contracts (8-10 yrs)
CTC Range : 10-20LPA
Job Description:
- 8-10 years in medium to large contracting / development cell of corporate group
- Must have sound knowledge of construction & procurement contracting practices
- Thorough understanding of materials used in construction of Residential towers /industries
- Hands on knowledge of latest trends and practices
- Should have a knowledge of ERP operations
- Excellent written & oral communication skills
- Excellent in drafting of contracts, work orders and purchase orders.
- Should be good at preparing accurate & timely reports for management review,
- Should be able to support in preparing budgets and managing budget,
- Shall support project managers in contract administration,
- Shall travel to project locations as & when required,
- Correspondence with client, contractor & other agencies.
- Attending meeting with client and Govt. Agencies.
Qualification - Civil Engineering- BE Civil with experience.
Experience: 8-10 years.

3) Can work with Deadlines.
4) Good Communication Skills.
