Role : Head - Talent Acquisition (Railways, Transmission, Substation, Solar Businesses)
Total Revenue - Approx Rs. 6000 Cr.

Qualification:Any Graduation + Post Graduation (Full time a must)
Job Summary :
Candidate should have experience heading TA in a large sized EPC/Infrastructure/Construction Company.
Key responsibilities :
TA Process :
- Partner with Business, HR Business Partners and other stakeholders in identification & prioritization of current & future talent needs, and the deployment of requisite recruiting strategy for fulfilment
- Defining a roadmap with a focus on building best-in- class Talent pool/pipeline for an Organization in its transformation journey.
- Ensure High Quality database of potential candidates
- Explore latest methods/practices to improve effective hiring process
- Drive Candidate Experience at various steps of recruitment process
Metrics :
- Drive all meaningful metrics(TAT, Joining Ratio, Backout Ratio), processes, and tools to measure and continuously improve the efficiency of the Talent Acquisition function
- Manage an effective & favourable Sourcing Mix(External Vs. Internal) to effectively deliver on all positions
- Work closely on IJP and Employee Referral program
Digitization :
- Drive 100% hiring of Officers and Managers through SAP SuccessFactors
- Increase adoption of SF for end to end recruitment needs
Pre Joining & Onboarding :
- Ensure effective Implementation of Post Offer engagement process and Onboarding / Induction Processes for Managers and officers
Team :
Build a stronger in-housing direct sourcing function; leading a team of executive recruiters focused on internal or direct sourcing channels utilization as well as leveraging new channels
Market Intelligence :
- Gaining market intelligence including understanding of the talent landscape in targeted geographic locations
- Competition Mapping for Railways and T&D for active and passive requirements
Diversity:
Ensure that the recruitment strategy aligns with the diversity and inclusiveness goals of the organization
