The role will be responsible for :
- HR Generalist Activities : Employee life cycle management
- HR Business Partnering for assigned departments
- Talent Acquisition: Sourcing, Screening, Interviewing
Detailed Responsibilities :
Talent Acquisition
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand the manpower position, needs and expectations
- Plan interview and selection, including screening calls, assessments, and in- person interviews
- Input into overall hiring strategy of the organization to ensure our teams consist of a diverse set of qualified individuals
HR Operations
- Assist in employer branding initiatives
- Assist in effective and well planned onboarding for new joiners.
- Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave, employee engagement, occupational health and safety; and training and development.
- Assists in compliance framework management
Business partner
- Partners with employees to understand day to day challenges and work with the HR team and respective managers to overcome the same
Qualification: MBA / PGDM (HR Specialization)
Age : 30 -35 years
