KCT Group - Lead - Corporate Communications (5-10 yrs)
The role is with a 75 year old conglomerate that is headquartered in Kolkata but with a pan-India presence. The role is a for a Lead - Communication with focus on both external branding and internal communication and works closely with the Vice-Chairman from a day-to-day perspective.
Internal Communications:
- Manage internal communication channels effectively
- Developing and maintaining internal communication plan & calendar
- Design and develop quarterly Group Magazine
- Design and deliver employee communication as support to HR and Admin team
- Design and delivery of other employee related internal collaterals, employee signages etc
Corporate Communications & Branding
- Creation and implementation of company branding collaterals including :
Website - Group Website and Individual Company Websites
- Corporate Brochures
- Corporate PPTs
- Corporate Films
- Corporate Brand guideline
- Company Signages
Special projects
- Working with the CSR function to increase CSR visibility and employee involvement
Budget adherence
- Maintain adherence to the overall communications budget
Skills Needed:
- Stakeholder Management
- Eye for details
- Execution efficiency and closure focus
- High degree of command over English language
Education Background:
Only those with a BA in English Literature from a top-ranked college should apply. Additional degree in Mass Comm / MA English is preferred.
