Job Description:
- To develop and manage the client portfolios.
- To formulate detailed customer support policies and implement portions of processes and tools to provide sales forecasting, analytics and metrics, quotes and pricing, order management, invoicing, and operations support for a customer segment or business unit.
- To provide effective solutions to management of all escalated issues and continuous improvement of business processes.
- To collect, consolidates, and charts data from sales and process results for assigned portions of operations areas to identify trends and issues,
- Work closely with Sales and other departments to come up with a detailed Success Plan specific to each customer's requirements.
- To develop, manage and train team of customer support executives and Telesales executives.
Required Qualification:
- Graduates/ MBA preferred.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of proven work.
- Sound knowledge of the local market and customer base.
- Be a self-starter with a demonstrable track record.
- Willingness to work and adapt to a fast growing & changing environment.
- Possesses strong customer relationship management skills and must be customer-centric
- Ability to work independently, learn quickly and be proactive.
- Ability to perform and work well under pressure, good analytical & troubleshooting skills
- Good technical understanding of the products
- Excellent interpersonal and team management skills
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
