Kayoma Group - Finance Manager - Trade & Distribution (6-10 yrs)
Job Description:
- Create, map and monitor entire process of credit appraisal for Large, MSME and Outlets.
- Work with various lending agencies like NBFCs, FINTECH companies to get maximum mileage for the company.
- Should take care of all Banking activities- Loan account management, enhancement, adherence, Visualization and banking relations
- Manage and monitor ERP - OPERATIONS.
- Manage cash flows: credit limit, ageing, collection management and MIS
Required Profile:
- Shall be Individual contributor and Team leader as well with Leadership qualities.
- Must have Sense of ownership with no time constraints.
- Will be a mid-management role to work with teams and departments.
- Looking to grow with the organization.
- Working to find quick acceptable solutions to bridge the gap between accounts and marketing.
- Known to be friendly, maintain relationship with concerned parties.
- Must have work experience in manufacturing companies with trading arms, channel partners, distributors.
- Understand margins distribution between Brand Owner, Distributor, Retailer.
