Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Andheri (East)

Job Responsibilities :

- Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans


- Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs


- Oversee proactive management of several candidate pipelines, including referrals


- Build & sustain the network of potential candidates


- Good Negotiation and Closure skills with strong emphasis on Candidate


- Involved in Induction and training program for new hires


- Stakeholder Management


- HR Operations


Requirements :

- 1+ years of relevant experience


- Healthcare/Retail recruitment preferred


- Knowledge of social networking methods to attract and hire qualified candidates


- Must be results oriented and thrive in a highly competitive environment


Salary Offered : 7-9 LPA
