About the Company: - Kautilya Finance Investment Advisors (KFIA) is an investment advisory and investment management firm. Since 2015, KFIA has advised on over Rs700cr of Foreign Portfolio Investments in the real estate sector. KFIA is managing a SEBI registered alternative investment fund targeting international institutional investors. KFIA has offices in Delhi and Mumbai and a team of over 25 professionals consisting of Engineers, Architects, Chartered Accountants and MBA's. The Firm's Operating Committee comprises professionals with deep bench experience and select senior professionals are acknowledged practitioners in their respective fields. - The Kautilya Fund is currently in the midst due diligence and documentation on multiple transactions spanning several sectors. As a result of business growth, the Firm is looking to interview individuals with the following types of backgrounds: Job description: - The role includes all aspects of financial management and control, managing the accounting and ERP system, direct and indirect taxation, monthly and quarterly reporting, ensuring compliance with firm policies and procedures and applicable laws and regulations - Investor Reporting including capital call, reconciliation of funds and unit statement - Valuation of Units, NAV Calculations, Distributions - Manage all local tax reporting, filing and tax related payments requirements - SEBI reporting and audit compliance of SEBI including local law - Prepare and file local statutory accounts; coordinate with the external and internal auditor - Co-ordinate as required with any client's designated depository participant with respect to making investments, returns and redemption of investments - Manage treasury function and where require provides assistance to clients - Coordinate with overseas based accounting software development team Job Requirement:&nbsp; - CA (ICAI or CPA) must be having 4-6 Years of works experience in accounting, finance and fund management - Strong analytical and good communication skills for dealing with Foreign Investors - ability to synthesize information and create clear and coherent presentations - Ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously with excellent attention to detail - Ability to understand the task and work independently to accomplish the goal on time - Forward looking thinker, who is proactive in identifying issues and proposing solutions - Ability to perform tasks within given timelines in highly pressurize condition
