Since 2015, Kautilya has advised on over Rs 700 crs of Foreign Portfolio Investments and manages an Rs 1800 crs Alternative Investment Fund focused on structured investments in real estate sector in Delhi & Mumbai. The Fund is backed by international institutional investors. Kautilya has offices in Delhi and Mumbai and has a team of over 30 professionals consisting of Chartered Accountants, Engineers, Architects, and MBAs. The Firm's Operating committee comprises professionals that are acknowledged practitioners in their respective fields. Kautilya is looking to recruit people in its Finance function.

Candidate Profile :

- Chartered Accountant (Must)

- 3 to 7 years of post-qualification experience

- Good verbal and written communication skills is a must

- Strong understanding of Financial Reporting, Book Keeping in ERP

- Strong understanding of IGAAP, Ind-AS, IFRS, Audit Procedures

- Investment Fund Industry or Financial Due Diligence experience is helpful

Role involves :

- Financial Reporting and Performance Analysis

- Accounting, Audit and Statutory Compliance

- Financial consolidation of Investment Verticals

- Portfolio Companies Reporting and Analysis

After an initial round of discussion, candidates will sit for a test that will include a case study. Suitable results would lead to further rounds of interview.
