Kautilya Finance is an advisor for a Dutch-based real estate investment vehicle which is jointly owned by a major US state pension fund, a Dutch Investment Management firm - Aevitas and senior management of Aevitas, Kautilya Finance. Kautilya Finance will initially invest in mid-income/affordable residential real estate projects in Delhi NCR and Mumbai MMR regions in India. Our financing will be via subscription to listed non-convertible debentures Kautilya Finance focuses on building long-term relationships with upcoming developers by providing them with growth capital which enables them to become a significant player in their markets. Kautilya Finance has invested Rs 500 crores in Indian Real estate in last 6 months and has an active pipeline of Rs 500-1000 crores.

Responsibilities:

1. Primary and secondary research of real estate markets

2. Analysis of investments under consideration and due diligence

3. Develop cash flow models

4. Assist in investment documentation: Investment Memos and Term Sheets

5. Assist in preparing PowerPoint presentations on investments

6. Asset Management

- Monitoring of actual performance versus business plan

- Monitoring cash movement in investee company bank accounts

- Asset Management Reports
