We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Head of Accounts to lead our finance and accounting function.

The ideal candidate should be a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with a strong foundation in financial management, compliance, budgeting, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the accounting team and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

- Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance (GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC filings, etc.)

- Handle audits and coordinate with internal/external auditors.

- Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial planning.

- Implement internal controls and improve financial processes.

Requirements:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.

- Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience.

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial regulation.

- Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, ERP, etc.)

- Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
