Job Overview

- We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Specialist to manage and grow our international sales operations across Amazon Global Selling and e-commerce platforms like Shopify and WooCommerce.

- The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Amazon marketplace management, international shipping, export operations, and global e-commerce strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Amazon Global Selling (B2C & B2B):

- Register and manage product listings on Amazon US, UK, UAE, and other target markets.

- Upload and optimize product listings, ensuring accurate HS codes, ingredients, label claims, certifications, and regulatory compliance.

- Enhance product visibility by optimizing titles, bullet points, images, A+ content, and keywords.

- Coordinate with Amazon FBA or local 3PL for warehousing, product delivery, and logistics.

- Ensure compliance with necessary regulatory requirements, such as MSDS, shipping docs, and registrations (when required).

- Website International Sales (via Shopify/WooCommerce)

- Set up and manage country-specific pricing, shipping, and payment gateways.

- Enable international checkout through platforms such as Stripe, PayPal, and Razorpay Global.

- Ensure proper export documentation (commercial invoice, customs support) and manage the backend flow.

- Collaborate with design and content teams to create localized landing pages for international markets.

- Export Operations - Work closely with the internal factory dispatch team to fulfill international orders.

- Coordinate with courier partners (DHL, Aramex, India Post, etc. ) for efficient international delivery.

- Maintain stock and order tracking for international customers to ensure timely fulfillment.

- Performance & Growth - Track and monitor orders, Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), and revenue by country/region.

- Identify fast-moving SKUs per region and optimize sales strategies accordingly.

- Research competitors, customer feedback, and pricing benchmarks to enhance marketing initiatives.

- Suggest and implement country-specific marketing experiments to boost performance.

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in managing international e-commerce

- Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, FBA/FBM, and international shipping logistics.

- Experience with global shipping, customs clearance, and product compliance.

- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Shopify and WooCommerce.

- Basic knowledge of export documentation (invoices, MSDS, labels, etc.
