Brief Job Profile

- Opportunity to work on various fundraise, M&A, cross border mandates

- Prepare financial models/business plans

- Carry out extensive research from databases and internet

- Prepare information memorandums/investor decks

- Preferably located in NCR but open to giving opportunities to suitable candidates from other cities on a work from home basis

Key Requirements

- Keen interest in finance / business and a desire to continuously learn

- Ability to build a 3-statement model and understand common financial metrics, valuation metrics, DCF etc.

- Good PowerPoint skills and have built company profiles / investor presentations or consulting reports of some form

- Ability to interpret various reports, policies, credit ratings etc.

- Flexible education requirements. If pursuing or completed any certifications / charters / further degrees, will be accordingly evaluated

- Flexible work ex requirements: Should have knowledge and skillset as mentioned above

- Case study will be taken in Round 2
