What your average day would look like:

- Lead business development teams, set and improve upon existing processes followed

- Plan launch and communication for new products across existing and prospective clients

- Ideate, oversee marketing of the company offerings for client engagement and mining

- Connect with existing clients for feedback

- Identify market trends, new products, competitor movements, partnership opportunities with other vendors

- Attend critical demos and steer for closures

- Listen to client issues, communicate feedback internally and allot case to project managers

- Establish revenue estimates and action plans and reports around overall sales activity

What you need to work with us:

- Experience with BFSI account management and software sales, building and leading teams

- Perseverance to manage multiple clients and products

- Humility to follow up even with clients that we may have lost

- Multi-task between being hands-on and a proven leader

- Interpersonal skills to develop and nurture client relationships, teams and clear communication

- References across reputed clients and partners

- Patience to trust the client to take their time to make decisions
