Karza Technologies operates at the core of the Banking and Financial Services Industry, providing KYC, Diligence, Skip Tracing and other Business Intelligence solutions to businesses across the ecosystem, including Fintech- s, NBFC- s, Banks, Credit Rating Agencies and the Government, among others. Karza began providing its services with a view to prevent systematic fraud and has already successfully prevented losses of over 2500 crores.

Responsibilities:

- Develop new risk products, scoring models/scorecards focused on traditional data/alternate dataset empowering clients to automate risk processes (onboarding/underwriting/credit/recovery)

- Establish metrics, processes, dashboards and tools for monitoring and evaluation of client success as determined by overall business objectives, including regular review and analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.

- Identify, prioritize, and deliver product improvements to drive revenue and customer growth.

- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to define product roadmap and functional requirements.

- Translate business requirements and product initiatives into epics and user stories through the release cycle. Drive UI and API design, working closely with designers to build and test UI wireframes and interactive prototypes.

- Monitor product development progress on an ongoing basis. Ensure that agile teams have a clear understanding of what they are developing and why (business case)

- Help drive GTM with the BD team for new feature releases, as well as core positioning and messaging for the product.

- Be a domain expert for your product with complete understanding of how customer feedback, competitive drivers, and market dynamics can shape your product's direction.

Requirements:

- Good understanding of Risk automation and monitoring solutions offered in the market (traditional/alternate)

- Highly organized, analytical with a problem solving mindset, and intellectually curious with proven experience driving complex problem statements to delivery

- Excellent analytical, planning and process development skills with a high level of initiative taking ability

- Understanding and inclination towards regulations drawn by multiple issuing bodies in the business of lending, insurance and investments

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, Masters preferred but not necessary

- 2- 6 years of Product Management or other relevant industry experience in the internet/technology industry, preferably B2B, SaaS businesses.

- Prior experience building or working with APIs, coding experience is a plus but not mandatory

- Ability to be creative and think outside the box to solve problems
