Primary Responsibilities: - Continuous assessment of needs in the BFSI industry and competition analysis to define short term and long term product strategy for Karza.Technologies - Ensure consistent execution of product lifecycle processes from concept to launch. Provide value-based prioritization of product development initiatives to ensure maximum ROI and market-driven alignment. Manage a cross-functional process for prioritizing, delivering and launching product releases. - Work closely with business teams to create quality requirements documents/user stories in case of Agile development. Prioritize and scope product features for on time and on budget delivery. - Work closely with Technical delivery team for conveying the requirements, providing business scenarios for testing and UAT of the products developed. - Monitor key performance metrics to ensure product performance and identify optimization opportunities. Partner closely with the Business Development team to drive adoption and ensure processes for on boarding that are easy and intuitive. - Maintaining documentation of all the requirements given from business side to technical team. Basic Qualifications: - 3+ years of relevant experience in banking industry preferably working towards digital roadmap of the company, Product Innovation or Credit Policy team of the organisation - Graduate /Post Graduate from reputed institutes - Extensive experience of Product Management principles and processes leading cross-functional teams in delivery of major new products or services in BFSI industry - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely. - Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to justify requirements - High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously with minimal supervision. - Collaborative working style. Must work well in a team environment.
