What your average day would look like :

- Ideate: monthly, quarterly, and longer-term product marketing objectives

- Liaise with in-house teams (Sales, Product, Content, Creative) for campaign planning

- Oversee as well as create the right content and collaterals for all products, product launches, new features etc.

- Identify product specific target audiences and stakeholders

- Formulate product specific GTM strategies and launch plans to drive growth for each product being rolled out

- Ensure clear value propositions are available for each product area and the potential target audience is aware of how this aligns with our overall value propositionConnect with audience for feedback on campaigns and launches

- Create objective feedback on every marketing activity to constantly improve

- Establish partnerships with Associations or Industry players to further the reach and visibility

What you need to work with us :

- Expertise in B2B Product Marketing, and building and selling products

- Experience in working closely with Product, Business & Brand Marketing teams

- Experience in formulating Go-To-Market plans and driving them for impactful product launches

- Excellent formal written communication skills

- The ability to build a system to assess the success or failure of Product Marketing activities

- Ability to objectively assess campaign and projects impact on brand and sales

- Understanding of right digital tools and interfaces, collaterals, and communication mediums for marketing efforts

- Drive & Enthusiasm to proactively take up initiatives towards the objectives of Marketing

- Proven experience in providing knowledge and materials to the business team in order to communicate the product value to the target audience

Qualification and Experience :

- 2-5 yrs. Experience

- Prior experience with B2B / SaaS companies in the BFSI Sector

Preferred - MBA / Post Graduation in Marketing from a Premium Institute
