What your average day would look like

- Work closely with different teams within the organization to understand how our products work and become an SME on the products for the clients

- Interact with the clients and multiple stakeholders to understand the business requirements and provide solutions which are best suited as per product design

- Prepare functional documents for the project eliciting the client requirements

- Prepare user stories according to function requirement for internal teams

- Liaise with tech leads for the best fit solution

- Handle change request and give solutions and prioritize them for the development team

- Act as a bridge between the client and internal teams to convey the requirements for internal development

- Understand the business requirements and identify gaps in different processes and execute process improvement

- Conduct internal UAT before rolling the project to clients to check if development is as per the given requirements

- Work on internal product documentation and creating a knowledge base for the organization

- Work on solution map gap analysis to identify more use cases for available solutions

- Assist the project team with internal process improvements and governance

What you need to work with us

- Good understanding in defining Agile process and implement in Agile Projects

- Ability to be creative, analytical, and think outside the box to solve problems

- A desire to learn and act as a catalyst to Karza's growth.

Qualification and Experience

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, Masters preferred but not necessary

- 2-4 years of research or other relevant industry experience.
