Responsibility :

At Karza, we offer solutions to BFSI players either directly or through tech solutions providers to BFSI players. As Alliance and Partnership Manager, you will be required to ideate, maintain, and grow these alliances to be the partner of choice.

Who you are :

You are a self-driven individual who revels in creating new solutions and is able to articulate what the future state of the business would look like and build towards it. You are able to co-create solutions and bring value for both internal and external stakeholders.

What your average day would look like :

- Ideate : with internal stakeholders for monthly, quarterly, and longer-term Strategic objectives

- Build long term relationship with Bureaus, Tech Players and liaise with in-house teams (Sales, Product, Content, Creative) to identify the future solutions as well maintain the current revenue streams.

- Identify new partnerships to build and create moat for the business

- Create objective feedback on every new product created and take that to the market.

- Study new trends and keep an eye on the competition to stay ahead of the curve.

- Be the voice and face of the firm at important seminars and conference and network well within the industry

What you need to work with us :


- Drive and passion to drive the change

- Experience of working on partnerships to achieve strategic goals

- Understanding of the financial ecosystem and the role stakeholders like Consulting and Tech partners play

- Entrepreneurial Mindset

Qualification and Experience :

- MBA / Post Graduation in Marketing from a Premium Institute

- 6 - 8 years of relevant experience
