Designation : Manager / Sr Manager, Sales Staples and grocery commodities Reporting to : Head Seller Services Overall purpose and objective of the position - Opportunity to join a new vertical of leading integrated financial services provider, ranked among the top 5 in India across its business verticals. The group is about to embark on a diversification initiative to establish its presence in the eCommerce ecosystem in India. we are looking to provide agri commodities sourcing services for ecommerce portals. We intend to provide services ranging from staples and groceries sourcing, repackaging, and sales for eCommerce, large retailer and HORECA industry. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced individual to implement this initiative and take it through the setting up and growth phase. As a significant part of this initiative, the person shall ensure swift progress in execution of strategies and engage with internal / external sources to promote growth and profitability. RESPONSIBILITIES Prospecting - Developing a Comprehensive DATA BASE of current and prospective Groceries eCommerce and retail clients along with HORECA Customers - Developing a system of contacting Prospects and Tracking the same - New account acquisition &amp; development - Developing Area Coverage Plan - Planning &amp; Deployment of Team - Developing Account acquisition strategy and prospect wise time bound acquisition plan Key Account Management :&nbsp; - Developing and Implementing Account Wise Sales Plan - Planning and achieving target account wise share - Finalization of Trade Terms - Cross Selling /Upselling &amp; Range Expansion Team Management - Coordinating with HR-Sales, Sourcing, and Selection &amp;Induction of the front line sales team - Targeting for the Front Line Sales Team &amp; Communication and Alignment - On the job Training&amp; Motivation of the frontline sales team - Monitoring of the performance of the team &amp; Review and Feedback New Product Introduction - Creating and Implementing New Product Launch plan as per company's business objectives - New product launch Tracking Trade Terms &amp; Sales Operation :&nbsp; - Finalization of Terms of Trade both new customers and existing ones - Ensuring on going order, supply, and collection Handing Competition :&nbsp; - Tracking Competition - Evaluating impact of various competition activities - Giving system feedback about various competitive activities PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES :&nbsp; - Good negotiation skills; - Efficient organizational skills; - Good interpersonal skills; - Good communication and reporting skills; - Self-motivator, flexible and able to work at pace; - Work with positive spirit and discipline always.
