Brief Job Description:

- Responsible for the customer journey, design and development of web sites

- Responsible for the optimization of web site content to facilitate a smooth user experience

- Responsible for a small team of Web Designers, UX Engineers and Graphic designers

- Use a variety of internet technologies, techniques and tools such as graphics software applications and Technologies utilizing .Net, JQuery, HTML and MS SQL.interface features, site animation, special effects, databases, and e- business applications

- Provide input into design and architecture

- Review and input technical designs

- Maintain website technical documentation to assist with website maintenance and upgrades.

- In concert with the software development lead, develop, test, maintain and support high- performance, innovative web-based applications

- Analyze and troubleshoot complex software problems and providing solutions using the latest technologies

- Integrate new web products with existing web applications in order to improve the functionality or design of the organizations website

Work Experience required:

I. 10+ years of experience in design, programming, testing and/or managing Website Development, utilizing .Net, JQuery, HTML and MS SQL.

II. 5+ years experience in a leadership role - Delivery Manager, Program Manager or any position managing, mentoring, and overseeing development staff of multiple small projects, Should have some exposure to structured methodology

III. The person must be skilled in UX/UI and must have a good understanding of web site development, implementation, web design, best practice and maintenance. Key to the role are the overall design of navigational flows and creation of graphic elements. Must understand the technology behind the server including web servers, application servers and web site coding languages.

IV. Ability to understand technical and application level design issues from high level to determine project impact.

V. Strong client communication, analytical and organizational skills

VI. Ability to assimilate varied pieces of information and translate into a comprehensive system design or enhancement which solves current business problems yet addresses future or more global system needs.

VII. Exceptional customer relationship skills including the ability to discover the true requirements underlying feature requests, recommend alternative technical and business approaches, and lead engineering efforts to meet aggressive timelines with optimal solutions.
