- Maintaining the Learning Portal, Virtual Learning Resources and creating awareness amongst employees about the portal

- Creating/Developing relevant/ targeted e-learning modules, hosting, ensuring availability to employees

- Instructional Design, Storyboarding, Hosting courses (High proficiency) on portal using adobe Captivate (Ver 9 )

- Reviewing, maintaining and updating material on the learning portal

- Promoting/Branding Learning across the businesses (mailer creation, dissemination/certificate design,etc)

- Defining processes, procedures and documentation and enabling continual improvement of services through initiatives relating to virtual Learning

- Collaborating with IT teams for updates/maintenance to portal

- Tracking hosted & targeted courses, defining, generating periodic reports and tracking them to completion

- Standardizing and maintaining ILT based Training Material

- Creating and Administering Online Tests as required on the learning portal

- Sharing Updates on learning on portal /writing short articles

- Liaise with businesses to understand Learning needs, design and develop Elearning interventions appropriate to the needs

- Exposure to Web Seminar tools such as WebeX ( hosting, run and track )

- Exploring open source tools

- Conducting, coordinating and supervising programs would be a definite plus
