Roles & Responsibilities:  - Meeting Top line Revenue and P&L Targets.  - Responsible to build and manage a retail team with a focus to aggressively acquire customers   - Drive broking business of KARVY to retail customers, and to ensure visible penetration in the Cluster  - Corporate Deals - making corporate pitches and opening doors to get clients in large numbers  - Deliver product P&L for the Zone by not only re-activating dormant customers but also acquire new customers   - Build and lead a highly effective team.   - Conceptualize and develop marketing plans for the products in line with the business plan.   - Design promotional schemes and contests for supporting higher reach to the customers
