The Group is professionally managed with a combined staff strength of nearly 8500 employees across the length and breadth of the country and ranks among the best in technology, operations and research.   Purpose of the role :   To spearhead and manage the Technology requirements of our Market Research Division with an aim to bring out and implement cutting edge technologies, that lead to direct impact on business functioning   Key Responsibilities :   - Responsible for identifying all the technology requirements for the business so that all the processes in the operating model are carried out seamlessly  - Responsible for development of the identified required technology  - Develop a good understanding of the process flow-through of the business units  - Understanding the business requirements thoroughly and interpreting the technology needs accurately to implement them  - Ensuring smooth operations of the business units by continuous monitoring and further development of any additional technology or any technology up-gradation  - Managing day to day operations and maintenance of the IT systems employed  - Tracking KPI's and KRA's continuously to ensure progress towards achieving business objectives  - Analysis of performance and manpower thoroughly and take strategic decisions on manpower increase, etc.
