Roles & Responsibilities :
- Finalizing P & L on Monthly Basis
- General Accounting of Receipts, Payments, Expense Vouchers, Vendor Payments, Contra Vouchers, etc
- Daily Accounting of all Expenses, Employee Reimbursements, Brokerages, etc
- Verification of Brokerages payable & processing Payments
- Bank Reconciliation of OD Accounts & Current Accounts
- Plan for Liquidity/Cash-flow for efficient logistics and minimizing of interest cost
- Monitor Inflow and outflow of funds daily
- Arrange/ Co-ordinate Funds from Banks/NBFCs
- Prepare MIS and present data to the management
Skills Required :
- CA/ICWAI with 12 - 20 years of experience in managing Finance & Accounts of a mid size company
- Understanding of Broking business, especially Commodities, would be an added advantage
- Mandatory - Strong knowledge of GST and other such statutory/compliance requirements
