Karma Capital Management - Investment Associate (1-8 yrs)
Karma Capital Management, a leading Investment Management firm, is seeking an Investment Associate to join the investment team. Position is open for Delhi location (near Aerocity/IGA). Minimum 1 year experience in equity analysis is required to apply for this position.
The candidate will assist the senior analysts and PM in performing due diligence on companies and identify investment opportunities for the fund by conducting in-depth analysis of companies and sectors. The associate will maintain earnings models for assigned companies and stay current on news alerts and corporate events impacting portfolio stocks.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and maintain financial models for companies
- Possess good analytical skills including Balance Sheet Analysis and detailed understanding of financial statements.
- Develop rigorous valuation analyses / Earnings models to support investment decision-making.
- Monitor market news and stock price action
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- 1+ years of Buy-side / Sell-side/ Equity Research experience.
- MBA from Tier-I Institute. CA / CFA qualification is a plus.
- Strong communications skills with the ability to communicate investment-relevant details in a timely matter.
- Proficiency in Indian Accounting Standards, financial modelling and valuation.
- Strong writing, presentation and excel skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.
