Karkinos - Assistant Manager/Manager/Senior Manager - Business Development (1-6 yrs)

Your Responsibilities:

1. New Business development, Skill, and the will to constantly look for new ways and means to penetrate the market.

2. End to end ownership of the complete sales process from identifying new prospects, building proposals, closing sales, and ensuring high quality service and customer satisfaction.

3. Maintain relationships with current clients and identify new prospects in the assigned geography.

4. Collaborate with various internal stake holders to ensure delivery and customer satisfaction.

5. Maintain clean records of leads, sales, contracts, revenues etc.

6. Attend seminars, conferences, and events as and when required.

7. Understand the healthcare industry, including healthcare companies, insurance providers and customizing solutions to address the evolving needs of various stake holders.

8. Understanding of the healthcare eco-system in general and oncology in particular - Learning attitude and ability to work in a start-up environment.

Technical / Functional Skills:

1. Proven & relevant working experience in business development roles preferably in the healthcare industry.

2. Experience in pre and post sales end to end process and customer management.

3. Excellent organizational skills, with emphasis on priorities and goal setting.

4. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM software.

5. Superior presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.

6. Knowledge of healthcare industry required to understand and propose products or solutions by focusing on client requirements.

7. Ability to communicate information, whether technical or non-technical to customers, in a clear and concise manner. Behavioral Skills .

8. Ability to collaborate with internal and external stake holders.

9. Customer Obsession.

10. Commitment to the larger purpose and vision.

Education and Experience:

Engineering Graduate/Management Postgraduate from Premier University with 2-6 years of experience in Business Development/Sales Management or relevant roles, preferably in Health and Wellness, Medical Devices, Health Insurance, or related industry.
