Financial Analyst / Associate

About the Role: The role is part of the finance team, and is responsible for driving analytics and insights for business decisions.

What you will do:

1. Prepare and analyze management accounting information, and provide feedback to business teams and senior leadership.

2. Monitor performance indicators, highlight trends and analyze causes of variance.

3. Prepare monthly management reports and investor reports.

4. Daily tracking reports of key operational metrics.

5. Prepare rolling forecasts for various business groups, and highlight variance against budget.

6. Assist in annual business planning exercise, competitive analysis and any other ad-hoc strategic projects.

7. Assist in fund-raising activities.

What you will need:

1. Work experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience. Healthcare experience preferred.

2. Ability to work independently with limited guidance.

3. Ownership mindset, willing to proactively take on new challenges.

4. Tenacity and strong stakeholder management skills.

5. High level of proficiency in Excel/ BI tools and MS PowerPoint.

6. Educational background: MBA/ CA/ CA Inter/ ICWAI.
