Karix - Senior Manager - Presales (3-8 yrs)

Job Scope:

Collaborate as a product solution consultant with Sales team to identify the business requirement of the client and propose relevant product solution

Job Responsibilities:

 Training and Solution Consulting (60%)

a. Understand and capture technical requirement to define an appropriate solution

b. Train the sales team and clients about Karix Products and Services

c. Collaborate with sales team on client calls and meetings to help with technical solutions

d. Assess and analyze customer requirements and prepare required sales proposals

e. Manage customer queries during presales and post sales

f. Conduct product demo

g. Evaluate and respond to RFPs, RFIs and RFQs. Create Proposal and SOW, presentations for Sales tailored for both business and technical teams

- Build, manage and deliver custom solutions (20%)

a. Design and communicate solutions that are feasible within time and budget constraints

b. Design functional aspects of customized projects and provide knowledge transfer to development team/product team

c. Provide guidance to client while delivery of the project and assist the customer in conducting UAT

d. Monitor project status while in development and provide required assistance to developers and report to relevant stakeholders on the status of the project

Product Management (20%)

a. Provide inputs on how to enhance existing products and provide new ideas worth productizing from market needs

b. Organize competitor research to identify gaps in solutions and provide reports on time

c. Assist in development of internal systems by documenting requirements, organizing UAT, providing necessary training and troubleshoot technical issues.

d. Own the proposed solutions and extend support in the creation of material and collateral for different industries and businesses

Qualification and Experience:

- B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech/M.E.

- MBA in Information technology will be an added advantage

- 3-8 years of experience in Technology Domain

Knowledge and Skills:

- Extensive experience in successful solution selling and client interactions

- Experience in Project management

- Proficient in writing sales pitch using MS office (Powerpoint, Word, Excel, Visio, etc)

- Proactive on client briefs and strong attention to detail

- Strategic understanding of all disciplines of marketing as well as client's business and industry

- Tech savvy and continuously updated with latest technologies

- Experience in conducting market research and analysis

- Flexible to travel within city (75%) and travel additionally per business need

- Excellent Communication (Verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
