Reports To: Director- Products and Solutions

Work Location:Mumbai (Malad) & Gurgaon

Years of experience- 5 -7 years

Domain experience- BFSI

Preference- Immediate Joinee or having maximum Notice Period of 1 month.

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage multiple projects in Client Organization and gather all requirements from client and create exclusions & inclusions for Solution Design

- Responsible for managing end customer product positioning & complete definition of the project with functional consultant

- Track and implement project requirements through different phases and participate in business meetings with Function/Delivery Heads

- Coordinate and prioritize client requests in collaboration with other managers to ensure client delight

- Review and Prepare

- System Architecture

External Specifications/Internal Specifications

- Software Development Plan, Configuration Management Plan and Project Plan

- Present product deck and demonstrate product capabilities to the clients

- Prepare and maintain vertical wise product demos

- Plan, setup and lead pre-defined demos for customers

- Study and analyze competitors and stay updated on new technologies emerging in the domain

- Manage Product POC buildout and delivery projects involving Engineering & Operations team (SI partner if involved)

- Conduct product trainings to on-boarded customers & Partners

- Present & Consult on product capabilities to customers
