Job Scope:
Responsible for the regular HR operations with focus on complete employee lifecycle
Job Responsibilities:
- Act as a single point of contact for the employees and managers for the location
- Collaborate with business leads to manage hiring requirements and manage the complete hiring lifecycle including onboarding
- Responsible for maintaining HRIS and MIS
- Build employee relations and address employee issues
- Responsible for end to end Exit lifecycle
- Collaborate with Statutory compliance partner to ensure compliance of all the locations
- Actively identify process gaps, propose and implement changes necessary
- Collaborate with business managers to identify L&D requirement
Qualification and Experience:
- Engineering Graduate preferably with Post Graduate (specialization: HRM)
- 3-6 years of experience in HR Generalist role with exposure in talent acquisition
Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong communication in English, Hindi and Marathi (preferred not essential)
- Excellent inter personal skills and a team player
- Persuasive yet assertive
- Excellent Negotiation Skills
- Result oriented and effective decision making skills
- Attention to detail and problem solving aptitude
- Proactive and aptitude for crunching numbers
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word and Powerpoint)
- Knowledge of Statutory compliance and Labour Law (Pan India)
