Karix - Manager/Senior Manager - Business Analysis

Job Scope:

Responsible for data analytics to manage and enhance business and product decisions across the organization

Job Responsibilities:

- Gather, model, analyze, prepare and summarize information for company's forecast and performance on a Weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

- Identify business performance trends

- Prepare reports in MS Tools (Excel, Access, Powerpoint) and SQL ( optional) and provide Business Insights

- Interact with internal business stakeholders to resolve queries,analysis and other data issues

- Support analytics projects by using strong data manipulation, reporting and analytics

- Maintain the credibility of all data analysis and processes maintained by the team

- Actively participate in Annual Budgeting & Strategic planning process and compile for reporting/review

- Ensure effective analysis and reporting of key metrics (Sales, revenue, cost, profit) and coordinate related activities.

- Collaborate with Business Teams to monitor opportunities & risks.

- Collaborate with Sales team for the sales planning process.

- Identify process improvements and participate in business strategy projects

- Prepare business presentations and training resource for business leads

Experience and Qualification:

- Post Graduate

- Experience of 4-8 years in Business strategy, planning and analysis

Knowledge and Skills:

- Strong knowledge of Databases and/or managing large data sets

- Extensive experience in gathering business requirements with stakeholders

- Extensive knowledge of data and database architecture and correlate the data model with business

- Excellent Written and Verbal Communication and interpersonal skills

- Extensive experience in working with workflow analysis, identify business needs and analyze them with available solutions and identify gaps, if any
