Responsibilities :

1. Manage the entire recruitment process

2. Screen applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements

3. Post job openings, and interview candidates

4. Must have experience in using job portals( Naukri, Indeed, and IIM Jobs) and other open source platforms, and have good pipeline of passive candidates

5. Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation

6. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital

7. Maintain pay plan and build benefits program

8. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

9. Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities

10. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues

11. Organize quarterly and annual employee performance review

12. Handle administrative duties and record keeping

Qualifications :

1. Proven working experience in recruitment, statutory compliance, and payroll as HR manager

2. Degree in Human Resources or a related field

3. Strong verbal and written communication skills

4. People oriented and results driven

5. Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills

6. Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company

7. In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices

8. Be a self starter and problem solver and capable of working under minimal guidance
