Role & responsibilities:
- Managing Facebook Ads: Set up, manage, and optimize ad campaigns on Facebook and its associated platforms like Instagram.
- Targeting and Segmentation: Define, refine, and target specific audience segments to ensure ads reach the most relevant users.
- Ad Creation & Optimization: Collaborate with the content and design teams to produce compelling and high-converting ad creatives.
- Performance Analysis: Utilize Facebooks analytics tools to track ad performance, ROAS, and other key metrics.
- A/B Testing: Continuously test different ad elements, including creatives, copy, and targeting, to identify the best-performing combinations.
- Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest Facebook advertising trends, tools, best practices, and platform changes.
- Retargeting Campaigns: Design and manage retargeting strategies to re-engage audiences who've interacted with the brand.
- Reporting: Provide regular and ad-hoc reports detailing campaign performance, insights, and recommendations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as content, design, and analytics, to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
- Compliance: Ensure all campaigns align with Facebook's advertising policies and guidelines.
