Job profile summary

As a Senior Analytics Director you will be responsible for managing Marketing Analytics projects and becoming a trusted advisor to your clients in the CPG sector. This role will require you to provide thought leadership in execution of Market Mix Modelling and Predictive Marketing Analytics. You will solve clients' marketing challenges by diagnosing problems and designing and executing analytical solutions.

The role has the following key requirements:

- You will lead the business development and end client delivery of analytics and marketing effectiveness projects for the client by supervising teams of analysts - providing business insight, technical leadership, and quality assurance.

- Bring incremental growth by being proactive in anticipating client needs, prospecting to identify the most valuable leads

- Help clients ask the right questions and solve critical problems - not just take client orders

- Be a trusted advisor - build trusted relationships with clients and within Kantar

- Independently create and deliver unique client presentations that inspire confidence & credibility

- Help guide the broader Analytics team in building proposals with solutions and costs to address Marketing Analytics briefs from clients

- Maintain and manage a revenue pipeline

Expected Skills and qualifications

- 7+ years of relevant analytics experience with at-least 2 years in managing clients

- Post Graduate Degree holders (Business) preferred

- Experience in leading projects related to Market Mix Modelling (Brand ROI) and Predictive Marketing Analytics is a must

- Experience in managing request for proposal in marketing analytics or consulting function

- Experience in managing client relationships in the CPG sector

- Reasonable mix of technical depth in data science, as well as consultative capabilities preferred

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Experience working in a global delivery environment i.e. working with delivery teams based out of Bangalore, India and clients and onsites based out of other countries
