Role Mission:

The Account Manager/ Senior Account Manager is a part of the Client Service team who would serve as an Intermediary between Kantar and its clients, with responsibility for revenue & margin assurance & appropriate high levels of service to those clients.

Key Outcome Statement:

- Client responsibilities

- Build and maintain client relations - be the interface for one's client/s

- Deliver work in time and of quality standards set by IMRB and the client

- Strong analytical skills, comfortable with disparate sets of information and ability to draw accurate causal linkages

- Ability to understand industry category /vertical and make relevant recommendations

- Develop business by identifying opportunities /clients

Prerequisites:

- Engineer and Post graduate in Management with at least 4-5 years' experience in market research especially in B2B or industrial research

- Strong client focus and pro activeness. Good grasping skills, good project management skills.

- Good presentation and facilitation skills

Capabilities Statement:

- Lead a team of Researchers to service clients

- Draw plans for development of individual team members, train and mentor the team

- Motivate and guide support functions like field /analysis
