Our role is to help brands understand how the digital landscape works, and what they can learn about their customers there, from trends in Google searches and Twitter conversations to the sales uplifts from new forms of digital media. We currently have an opening for a Director - Dx Analytics at our Bangalore office.

Key responsibilities:

- Work with marketing clients and client partners to help them make smart decisions and then to implement and track them

- Manage day-to-day delivery independently along with analyst team.

- Coordination with analysts, statisticians, leading project delivery.

- Playing a team management role

- Help extract insights from search and social data available and provide data analysis, synthesis & presentation support.

- Work in the areas of business planning, tracking team and revenue targets and other related initiatives.

- Play a business development role and support teams to generate additional projects from other clients.

- Ensure all client deliverables meet client expectations in terms of scope, speed & quality.

Essential skills and qualities:

Excellent marketing domain knowledge understanding

Broad expertise and understanding of digital landscape, digital channels and social media

Preferable to have Social Listening exposure with platforms like Brandwatch, NetBase, Sprinklr. Examples include category analysis, competitive analysis or a brand health analysis

Should be good at Analytical thinking & breaking down large problems into solvable chunks.

Ability to translate data into useful insights and engaging stories. Good knowledge of creating reports in PowerPoint

Should be willing to continuously co-ordinate with global clients, partners and teams in India and hence handle late night calls as required.

Have a consulting orientation; gather different perspectives, examples and use them to enrich day-to- day work. Ability to use desk research to explore the category and market in question to enhance insights

Skill in responding to open-ended, creative prompts/instructions

Willing to travel onsite as and when required

Qualification:

MBA graduates from Tier 1 B- schools.

4-6 relevant years preferably in analytics, consulting, digital marketing or insights related function.
